Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. FOREIGN STATE COMPUTER INTRUSIONS. 1 (a) IN GENERAL.—Chapter 97 of title 28, United 2 States Code, is amended by inserting after section 1605B 3 the following: 4 ‘‘§ 1605C.
