Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Ocean Shipping Com- 4 petition Enforcement Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. INJUNCTIVE RELIEF BY THE COMMISSION. 6 (a) IN GENERAL.—Section 41307 of title 46, United 7 States Code, is amended— 8 VerDate Sep 11 2014 00:41 Apr 26, 2023 Jkt 039200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H2710.IH H2710 pbinns on DSKJLVW7X2PROD with $$_JOB 2 •HR 2710 IH (1) in the heading by striking ‘‘sought’’; and 1 (2) in subsection (b)— 2 (A) in paragraph (1) by striking ‘‘, may 3 bring a civil’’ and all that follows through the 4 period at the end of the sentence and inserting 5 ‘‘and an opportunity to be heard under expe- 6 dited procedures established by the Commission 7 with due regard for confidential or proprietary 8 information, may enjoin the operation of the 9 agreement.
