Mr. DONALDS (for himself, Mrs. HARSHBARGER, Mr. NEHLS, Mr. CRAWFORD,
Mr. FRY, Mr. GOSAR, Mrs. BOEBERT, and Mrs. LUNA) introduced the
following bill; which was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs,
and in addition to the Committee on Armed Services, for a period to be
subsequently determined by the Speaker, in each case for consideration
of such provisions as fall within the jurisdiction of the committee con-
cerned
A BILL
To direct the Comptroller General of the United States to
deliver a report on the economic effects of the withdrawal
of the United States Armed Forces from Afghanistan,
and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Big Biden Blunder
4
Act’’ or the ‘‘BBB Act’’.

SEC. 2. INQUIRY INTO THE EFFECTS OF THE WITHDRAWAL

OF THE UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES

FROM AFGHANISTAN ON INFLATION.

(a) REPORT
ON
THE
RELATIONSHIP
BETWEEN
4
EQUIPMENT ABANDONED IN AFGHANISTAN AND INFLA-
5
TION.—

(1) STUDY.—The Comptroller General of the
7
United States shall conduct a study on the economic
8
effects of the withdrawal of the United States
9
Armed Forces from Afghanistan. Such study shall
10
include a determination of whether destroying, sur-
11
rendering, or abandoning equipment and property of
12
the United States in Afghanistan during such with-
13
drawal had any inflationary effects in the United
14
States.

(2) REPORT.—Not later than 90 days after the
16
date of the enactment of this Act, the Comptroller
17
General of the United States shall submit to Con-
18
gress a report that includes the findings of the study
19
conducted under paragraph (1).
