To amend title III of the Public Health Service Act to
extend funding for special diabetes programs for Indians.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Special Diabetes Pro-
4
gram for Indians Reauthorization Act of 2023’’.
5
SEC. 2. EXTENDING FUNDING FOR SPECIAL DIABETES PRO-
6
GRAMS FOR INDIANS.

Section 330C(c)(2) of the Public Health Service Act
8
(42 U.S.C. 254c–3(c)(2)) is amended—
