IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES APRIL 6, 2023 Mr. WILLIAMS of New York submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Armed Services RESOLUTION Recognizing the 60th anniversary of the sinking of USS Thresher (SSN 593).
