SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Town of North Topsail 4 Beach Coastal Barrier Resources System Map Amend- 5 ment’’. 6 SEC. 2. CORRECTION TO MAP. 7 (a) IN GENERAL.—Not later than 30 days after the 8 date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior 9 shall make such corrections to the map described in sub- 10 section (b) as are necessary to exclude lots from unit L06 11 of the John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System 12 in North Topsail Beach, North Carolina, that were serviced 13 by infrastructure, as described in subsection (c), installed 14 along North Carolina Highway 210 and New River Inlet 15 Road as of the date of enactment of the Coastal Barrier 16 Resources Act (16 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.). 17 (b) MAPS DESCRIBED.—The map referred to in sub- 18 section (a) is a map that— 19 (1) is included in a set of maps as part of the 20 John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources System en- 21 titled ‘‘John H. Chafee Coastal Barrier Resources 22 System’’ and dated December 21, 2018; and 23 (2) relates to unit L06 of the John H.
