SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Protect Funding for 4 Women’s Health Care Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. Such 4 health services include relevant diagnostic laboratory 5 and radiology services, well-child care, prenatal and 6 postpartum care, immunization, family planning 7 services including contraception, sexually trans- 8 mitted disease testing, cervical and breast cancer 9 screenings, and referrals. 10 (2) Many such entities provide services to all 11 persons, regardless of the person’s ability to pay, 12 and provide services in medically underserved areas 13 and to medically underserved populations. 14 (3) All funds no longer available to Planned 15 Parenthood Federation of America will continue to 16 be made available to other eligible entities to provide 17 women’s health care services. 18 SEC. 3.
