To amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize a
military and civilian partnership for trauma readiness
grant program.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REAUTHORIZATION OF MILITARY AND CIVIL-

IAN PARTNERSHIP FOR TRAUMA READINESS

GRANT PROGRAM.

Section 1291(g) of the Public Health Service Act (42
6
U.S.C. 300d–91(g)) is amended by striking ‘‘fiscal years
7
2019 through 2023’’ and inserting ‘‘fiscal years 2024
8
through 2028’’.
