A BILL
To direct the Secretary of Defense to provide budget infor-
mation for incinerators and waste-to-energy waste dis-
posal alternatives to burn pits.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Reducing Exposure
4
to Burn Pits Act’’.

SEC. 2. BUDGET INFORMATION FOR ALTERNATIVES TO
6
BURN PITS.

The Secretary of Defense shall include in the budget
8
submission of the President under section 1105(a) of title
9
31, United States Code, for fiscal year 2024 a dedicated
