Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Congressional Foreign 4 Entanglement Disclosure and Reduction Act’’. 5 SEC. 2. DISCLOSURE BY MEMBERS OF CONGRESS OF BUSI- 6 NESS TIES WITH FOREIGN ENTITIES. 7 (a) IN GENERAL.—Section 13104 of title 5, United 8 States Code, is amended by adding at the end the fol- 9 lowing: 10 VerDate Sep 11 2014 22:53 Apr 13, 2023 Jkt 039200 PO 00000 Frm 00001 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6201 E:\BILLS\H2512.IH H2512 pbinns on DSKJLVW7X2PROD with $$_JOB 2 •HR 2512 IH ‘‘(j) FOREIGN ENTITY BUSINESS TIES OF MEMBERS 1 OF CONGRESS.—Any report filed pursuant to section 2 13103(d) by a Member of Congress shall include the dis- 3 closure of any business ties the Member or any member 4 of the Member’s immediate family has (if any) with a for- 5 eign entity.
