IN THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES MARCH 30, 2023 Mrs. MCCLAIN (for herself and Ms. ESCOBAR) submitted the following resolu- tion; which was referred to the Committee on Education and the Work- force RESOLUTION Recognizing the importance of beauty and wellness educators to the United States and supporting the designation of March 30, 2023, as ‘‘National Beauty and Wellness Education Appreciation Day’’.
