NATIONAL COAL COUNCIL. 1 (a) IN GENERAL.—The Secretary of Energy shall 2 maintain the National Coal Council, in accordance with 3 the charter for the National Coal Council (as filed with 4 Congress on November 19, 2021). 5 (b) APPLICABILITY OF THE FEDERAL ADVISORY 6 COMMITTEE ACT.— 7 (1) IN GENERAL.—Subject to paragraph (2), 8 the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. 9 App.) shall apply to the National Coal Council. 10 (2) TERMINATION.—Section 14 of the Federal 11 Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C.
