SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Abolish the ATF Act’’.

SEC. 2. ABOLISHMENT OF THE BUREAU OF ALCOHOL, TO-

BACCO, FIREARMS AND EXPLOSIVES.

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Ex-
