AN ACT relating to courts; requesting that the Nevada Supreme Court study procedures for notifying defendants and persons who are issued a civil infraction citation of certain information; requesting that the Nevada Supreme Court adopt court or administrative rules governing such procedures; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
