A BILL
To make further continuing appropriations for the Depart-
ment of State, foreign operations, and related programs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Department of State,
4
Foreign Operations, and Related Programs Continuing
5
Appropriations Act, 2021’’.

SEC. 2. PROVIDING FUNDS UNDER THE CONTINUING RESO-

LUTION FOR DEPARTMENT OF STATE, FOR-

EIGN
OPERATIONS,
AND
RELATED
PRO-

GRAMS.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the Consoli-
5
dated Appropriations Act, 2021 (as passed by the House
6
of Representatives and the Senate on December 21,
7
2020)—
8
(1) titles I through IX of division K of such Act
9
are hereby repealed; and
10
(2) the Continuing Appropriations Act, 2021
11
(division A of Public Law 116–159) shall continue
12
to apply insofar as such Act applied to any pro-
13
grams and activities described in titles I through IX
14
of such division K, except that section 106(3) of
15
such Act shall be applied by substituting ‘‘January
16
11, 2021’’ for ‘‘December 28, 2020’’.
