Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. INDOOR AND OUTDOOR DINING RESTRICTION. 1 Title II of the Public Works and Economic Develop- 2 ment Act of 1965 (42 U.S.C. 3141 et seq.) is amended 3 by adding at the end the following: 4 ‘‘SEC. 219.
