FEES FOR OCCUPANCY AND USE OF NATIONAL FOR- 1 EST SYSTEM AND FACILITIES BY ORGANIZA- 2 TIONAL CAMPS. 3 Section 503(a) of The National Forest Organiza- 4 tional Camp Fee Improvement Act of 2003 (16 U.S.C. 5 6232(a)) is amended— 6 (1) in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding 7 subparagraph (A), by striking ‘‘The’’ and inserting 8 ‘‘Except as provided in paragraph (5), the’’; and 9 (2) by adding at the end the following: 10 ‘‘(5) RULE FOR COVERED COUNTIES.— 11 ‘‘(A) IN GENERAL.—With respect to an or- 12 ganizational camp in a covered county, para- 13 graph (1)(B) shall be applied by substituting 14 ‘State’ for ‘county’. 15 ‘‘(B) COVERED COUNTY DEFINED.—In this 16 paragraph, the term ‘covered county’ means a 17 county in which less than 2 percent of land is 18 used for farming as reported in the most recent 19 Census of Agriculture conducted by the Na- 20 tional Agricultural Statistics Service.’’. 21 Æ VerDate Sep 11 2014 19:08 Nov 04, 2020 Jkt 019200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6301 E:\BILLS\H8630.IH H8630 pamtmann on DSKBC07HB2PROD with BILLS
