In the case of 7 a State that becomes ineligible for such funds or assist- 8 ance pursuant to the previous sentence, if such State after 9 such 3-year date joins, through enactment of a State law, 10 the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact, the Secretary 11 of Health and Human Services may determine such State 12 is no longer ineligible for such funds or assistance pursu- 13 ant to the previous sentence. 14 SEC. 2.
