Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. Reg. 38263; relating 3 to suspension of entry of immigrants who present a risk 4 to the United States labor market during the economic 5 recovery following the 2019 novel coronavirus outbreak) 6 shall have no force or effect. 7 (b) EXCEPTION.— 8 (1) IN GENERAL.—The Secretary of Homeland 9 Security may only deny admission to an alien de- 10 scribed in subsection (a) pursuant to Presidential 11 Proclamation 10052 (85 Fed.
