To repeal the Alien Enemies Act, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Neighbors Not En-
4
emies Act’’.

SEC. 2. REPEAL OF ALIEN ENEMIES ACT.

Sections 4067 through 4070 of the Revised Statutes
7
of the United States (50 U.S.C. 21–24) are repealed.
