A BILL
To provide clarification with respect to the effective date
of Medicare coverage of COVID–19 vaccines without any
cost-sharing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Ensuring Access to
4
COVID–19 Vaccines for Seniors Act’’.

SEC. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE OF MEDICARE COVERAGE OF
6
COVID–19 VACCINES WITHOUT ANY COST-
7
SHARING.

Effective as if included in the enactment of the

CARES Act (Public Law 116–136; 42 U.S.C. 13951
