Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. NATIONAL RECREATIONAL PASSES FOR LAW EN- 1 FORCEMENT OFFICERS. 2 Section 805(b) of the Federal Lands Recreation En- 3 hancement Act (16 U.S.C. 6804(b)) is amended by insert- 4 ing after paragraph (2) the following: 5 ‘‘(3) LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER DIS- 6 COUNT.—The Secretary shall make the National 7 Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass avail- 8 able, without charge and for the lifetime of the 9 passholder, to any law enforcement officer.
