BOYLE of Pennsylvania (for himself and Mr. RUTHERFORD) submitted the following resolution; which was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce RESOLUTION Expressing support for the goals of November National Lung Cancer Awareness Month and for the early detection of lung cancer.
