To reauthorize the Act entitled ‘‘An Act to authorize funding
to conduct a national training program for State and
local prosecutors’’.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Training our Prosecu-
4
tors Act’’.
5
SEC. 2. NATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM FOR STATE AND
6
LOCAL PROSECUTORS.

The Act entitled ‘‘An Act to authorize funding to con-

(1) in section 1, by inserting ‘‘that regularly

provides training and technical assistance to State

and local prosecutors nationwide’’ after ‘‘national
5
nonprofit’’;

(2) in section 2, by inserting ‘‘preventing and
7
prosecuting violent crimes and crimes involving
8
property destruction,’’ after ‘‘staff training,’’; and
9
(3) in section 3—
10
(A) by striking ‘‘$4,750,000’’ and inserting
11
‘‘$5,000,000’’; and
12
(B) by striking ‘‘2009 through 2012’’ and
13
inserting ‘‘2021 through 2024’’.
