to the Committee on Appropriations
A BILL
Making emergency supplemental appropriations for disaster
relief for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020,
and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

That the following sums in this Act are appropriated, out
3
of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated,
4
for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2020, and for
5
other purposes, namely:

For an additional amount for ‘‘Disaster Relief Fund’’

$10,000,000,000, to remain available until expended: Pro-

vided, That the amount provided herein is designated by
9
the Congress as being for an emergency requirement pur-
10
suant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget
11
and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 (2 U.S.C.
12
901(b)(2)(A)(i)).

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Hurricane Laura Re-
14
covery Funding Act, 2020’’.
