To name the Department of Veterans Affairs community-
based outpatient clinic, located at 400 College Drive,
Middleburg, Florida, the ‘‘A.K. Baker VA Clinic’’.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

COMMUNITY-BASED OUTPATIENT CLINIC LO-

CATED AT 400 COLLEGE DRIVE, MIDDLE-

BURG, FLORIDA.

The Department of Veterans Affairs community-
5
based outpatient clinic, located at 400 College Drive, Mid-
6
dleburg, Florida, shall after the date of the enactment of
7
this Act be known and designated as the ‘‘A.K. Baker VA
8
Clinic’’. Any reference to such community-based out-
9
patient clinic in any law, regulation, map, document,
10
record, or other paper of the United States shall be consid-
11
ered to be a reference to the A.K. Baker VA Clinic.
