other than the location at which the individual serves.

A BILL
To provide that individuals may serve as poll workers for
the November 3, 2020, general election if registered to
vote in the State in a location other than the location
at which the individual serves.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Poll Worker Recruit-
4
ment Act of 2020’’.

SEC. 2. SPECIAL RULES FOR POLL WORKER REGISTRATION

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE 2020 GENERAL

ELECTION.

A State or local jurisdiction may not prohibit an indi-
4
vidual from serving as a poll worker in the general election
5
for Federal office occurring on November 3, 2020, solely
6
because such individual is registered to vote in the State
7
in a county or jurisdiction other than the county or juris-
8
diction in which such individual serves as a poll worker
9
in such election.
