Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Increase Federal Dis-
4
aster Cost Share Act of 2020’’.

SEC. 2. INCREASE OF FEDERAL SHARE.

Notwithstanding
sections
203(h)(1),
403(b),
2
403(c)(4),
404(a),
406(b),
408(d),
408(g)(2),
3
428(e)(2)(B), 503(a), and 614(b) of the Robert T. Staf-

ford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42
5
U.S.C. 5121 et seq.) beginning on January 20, 2020, and
6
ending on December 31, 2020, the Federal share of assist-
7
ance provided under such sections shall be not less than
8
90 percent of the eligible cost of such assistance.
