To authorize the Corps of Engineers to conduct a feasibility
study for the project for comprehensive watershed study,
Tuscarawas River Basin, Ohio.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Tuscarawas River

Flooding Study Act’’.

SEC. 2. TUSCARAWAS RIVER BASIN, OHIO.

The Secretary of the Army, acting through the Chief
7
of Engineers, is authorized to conduct a feasibility study
