Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. RETURN OF PAYCHECK PROTECTION PRO-

GRAM AMOUNTS.

Not later than 30 days after the date of the enact-
3
ment of this Act and upon request by the Secretary of
4
the Treasury, the Planned Parenthood Federation of
5
America (and any affiliates) shall return any amounts re-
6
ceived from a covered loan made under section 7(a)(36)
7
of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(a)(36)).
