To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Envi-
ronmental Protection Agency, Inland Oil Spill Programs
for fiscal year 2024.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY, IN-
4
LAND OIL SPILL PROGRAMS FOR FISCAL
5
YEAR 2024.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law,
7
amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise avail-
8
able for Environmental Protection Agency, Inland Oil
