SUSQUEHANNA, DELAWARE, AND POTOMAC RIVER 1 BASIN COMMISSIONS. 2 Section 5019 of the Water Resources Development 3 Act of 2007 (121 Stat. 1201; 128 Stat. 1307) is amend- 4 ed— 5 (1) in subsection (a)(3), by inserting ‘‘, who 6 may be the Administrator of the Environmental Pro- 7 tection Agency (referred to in this section as the 8 ‘Administrator’) (or a designee),’’ after ‘‘member’’; 9 and 10 (2) in subsection (b)— 11 (A) in paragraph (1), by striking ‘‘The 12 Secretary’’ and inserting ‘‘Subject to the avail- 13 ability of appropriations, the Administrator’’; 14 (B) in paragraph (2), by striking ‘‘For 15 each fiscal year, the Secretary’’ and inserting 16 ‘‘Subject to the availability of appropriations, 17 for each fiscal year, the Administrator’’; and 18 (C) in paragraph (3), by striking ‘‘Sec- 19 retary’’ each place it appears and inserting 20 ‘‘Administrator’’. 21 Æ VerDate Sep 11 2014 21:08 Aug 06, 2020 Jkt 099200 PO 00000 Frm 00002 Fmt 6652 Sfmt 6301 E:\BILLS\H7705.IH H7705 pbinns on DSKJLVW7X2PROD with BILLS
