A BILL
To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Dis-
trict of Columbia, Federal Payment for Resident Tuition
Support for fiscal year 2024.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, FEDERAL PAYMENT

FOR RESIDENT TUITION SUPPORT FOR FIS-

CAL YEAR 2024.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law,
7
amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise avail-
8
able for District of Columbia, Federal Payment for Resi-
