To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for The
Judiciary, Federal Judiciary Center, Salaries and Ex-
penses for fiscal year 2024.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR

THE JUDICIARY, FEDERAL JUDICIARY CEN-

TER, SALARIES AND EXPENSES FOR FISCAL
5
YEAR 2024.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law,
7
amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise avail-
8
able for The Judiciary, Federal Judiciary Center, Salaries
