To require the Secretary of U.S. Department of Health and
Human Services to submit reports regarding coronavirus
testing data.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘COVID Testing Trans-
4
parency Act of 2020’’.

SEC. 2. DATA SHARING.
6
Not later than 14 days after the date of enactment
7
of this Act, and daily thereafter, the Secretary of Health
8
and Human Services shall submit to the Committee on
9
Energy and Commerce of the House of Representatives
