To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Inde-
pendent Agencies, Administrative Conference of the US
for fiscal year 2024.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR

INDEPENDENT AGENCIES, ADMINISTRATIVE

CONFERENCE OF THE US FOR FISCAL YEAR

2024.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law,

amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise avail-
