FINDINGS. 1 Congress finds the following: 2 (1) Mount Rushmore National Memorial is 3 America’s Shrine of Democracy. 4 (2) The Mount Rushmore National Memorial 5 depicts the faces of Presidents George Washington, 6 Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt, and Abra- 7 ham Lincoln, with the beauty of the Black Hills of 8 South Dakota. 9 SEC. 3.
