Notwithstanding any other provision of the law,

amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise avail-
7
able for U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land
8
Management, Management of Lands and Resources for
9
fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $1,198,000,000.
