A BILL
To amend the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and
Management Act to add a pandemic as a potential cause
of a fishery resource disaster.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITTLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Pandemic Fishery Dis-
4
aster Response Act’’.

SEC. 2. TRANSITION TO SUSTAINABLE FISHERIES.
