To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Dis-
trict of Columbia, Federal Payment to the Court Services
and Offender Supervision Agency for the District of Co-
lumbia for fiscal year 2024.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR

DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, FEDERAL PAYMENT

TO THE COURT SERVICES AND OFFENDER

SUPERVISION AGENCY FOR THE DISTRICT OF

COLUMBIA FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law,
6
amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise avail-
7
able for District of Columbia, Federal Payment to the
8
Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency for the
9
District of Columbia for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed
10
$256,724,000.
