A BILL
To amend the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the
Nation Act to extend the authorization of appropriations
for the Lead Exposure Registry, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Flint Registry Reau-
4
thorization Act’’.

SEC. 2. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR LEAD

EXPOSURE REGISTRY.

Section 2203(d) of the Water Infrastructure Im-
3
provements for the Nation Act (42 U.S.C. 300j–27(d)) is
4
amended—
5
(1) by redesignating paragraphs (1) and (2) as
6
subparagraphs (A) and (B), respectively, and indent-
7
ing appropriately;
8
(2) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A)
9
(as so redesignated), by striking ‘‘There’’ and insert-
10
ing the following:

‘‘(1) FISCAL
YEARS
2017
THROUGH
2021.—

There’’; and
13
(3) by adding at the end the following:

‘‘(2) FISCAL
YEARS
2022
THROUGH
2031.—

There is authorized to be appropriated for the period
16
of fiscal years 2022 through 2031 $50,000,000 to
17
carry out subsection (b).’’.
