EXPANSION OF REIMBURSABLE STATE LICEN- 1 SURE AND CERTIFICATION COSTS FOR A 2 MILITARY SPOUSE ARISING FROM RELOCA- 3 TION. 4 Section 476(p)(5) of title 37, United States Code, is 5 amended— 6 (1) in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), 7 by striking ‘‘and’’ and inserting ‘‘fees, continuing 8 education courses, and’’; 9 (2) in subparagraph (A), by striking ‘‘secure’’ 10 and inserting ‘‘secure or maintain’’; and 11 (3) in subparagraph (B), by striking ‘‘secure’’ 12 and inserting ‘‘secure or maintain’’. 13 SECTION 3.
