To amend title 18, United States Code, to increase the
penalty for rioting, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Tolerance for Riot-
4
ers Act’’.

SEC. 2. INCREASED PENALTY FOR RIOTING.
6
Section 2101(a) of title 18, United States Code, is
7
amended by striking ‘‘five years’’ and inserting ‘‘ten
8
years’’.
