To require the Secretary of Defense to recommend a
minimum number of bomber aircraft.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Long Range Bomber
4
Expansion Act of 2020’’.

SEC. 2. MINIMUM BOMBER AIRCRAFT FORCE LEVEL.

Not later than February 1, 2021, the Secretary of
7
Defense shall submit to the congressional defense commit-
8
tees recommendations for a minimum number of bomber
9
aircraft, including penetrating bombers in addition to B–
