A BILL
To make a technical correction relating to the treatment
of refunds of merchandise processing fees under the
United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Implementation
Act.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. TECHNICAL CORRECTION RELATING TO RE-
3
FUNDS OF MERCHANDISE PROCESSING FEES.

(a) RELIQUIDATION OF ENTRIES.—Section 205(a)(1)
5
of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Imple-
6
mentation Act (Public Law 116–113) is amended by strik-
7
ing subparagraph (C) and inserting the following:

(b) EFFECTIVE DATE.—The amendment made by

subsection (a) shall take effect as if included in the enact-

ment of the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement Im-

plementation Act.
