Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. PROHIBITION ON THE USE OF FUNDS TO OFFSET 1 STIMULUS CHECKS TO ILLEGAL ALIENS. 2 (a) IN GENERAL.—Title XIII of the Emergency Ap- 3 propriations for Coronavirus Health Response and Agency 4 Operations (division B of Public Law 116–136) is amend- 5 ed— 6 (1) by redesignating section 23008 as section 7 23009; and 8 (2) by inserting after section 23007 the fol- 9 lowing: 10 ‘‘SEC. 23008.
