To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for U.S.
Department of Interior, Office of Natural Resources Rev-
enue for fiscal year 2024.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR

U.S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, OFFICE OF

NATURAL RESOURCES REVENUE FOR FISCAL

YEAR 2024.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law,

amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise avail-
8
able for U.S. Department of Interior, Office of Natural
