Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa- 1 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2 SECTION 1. TRAFFICKING IN COUNTERFEIT GOODS, SERVICES, 1 OR DRUGS RELATED TO MAJOR DISASTERS 2 OR EMERGENCIES. 3 Section 2320(b) of title 18, United States Code, is 4 amended by adding at the end the following: 5 ‘‘(4) GOODS, SERVICES, OR DRUGS RELATED TO 6 MAJOR DISASTERS OR EMERGENCIES.—Whoever 7 commits an offense under subsection (a) involving 8 any good, service, or drug that is related to a presi- 9 dentially declared major disaster or emergency (as 10 those terms are defined in section 102 of the Robert 11 T.
