To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Re-
lated Agencies, Commission on Fine Arts, National Cap-
ital Arts and Cultural Affairs for fiscal year 2024.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR

RELATED AGENCIES, COMMISSION ON FINE

ARTS, NATIONAL CAPITAL ARTS AND CUL-
5
TURAL AFFAIRS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024.

Notwithstanding any other provision of the law,

amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise avail-
8
able for Related Agencies, Commission on Fine Arts, Na-
