To prohibit the Secretary of Veterans Affairs from charging
veterans copayments for preventive services relating to
COVID–19.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

This Act may be cited as the ‘‘No Coronavirus

Copays for Veterans Act’’.

RECEIVING
PREVENTIVE

SERVICES RELATING TO COVID–19.

(a) PROHIBITION.—The Secretary of Veterans Af-
4
fairs may not require any copayment or other cost sharing
5
under chapter 17 of title 38, United States Code, for
6
qualifying coronavirus preventive services. The require-
7
ment described in this subsection shall take effect with
8
respect to a qualifying coronavirus preventive service on
9
the specified date.

(b) DEFINITIONS.—In this section, the terms ‘‘quali-
11
fying coronavirus preventive service’’ and ‘‘specified date’’
12
have the meaning given those terms in section 3203 of
13
the CARES Act (Public Law 116–136).
